2025 Summer Strength & Conditioning Programs

The 15th Annual Summer Strength & Conditioning program is here, designed to produce champions, state champions, and numerous college athletes. Mark your calendars for the upcoming dates and join us to elevate your game to the next level. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to train with the best!​

Summer training camps at TCE have huge benefits including:

- App based training program which tracks and monitors each athletes progress in real time

We have THREE different group sessions:

 

GIRLS GOING INTO 8TH GRADE AND OLDER-
    During this training, the girls will focus on speed, agility, conditioning and plyometrics. Additionally, a supervised weight training session take place in the weight room, ensuring proper guidance and assistance from our on-site trainers. Our programs have consistently demonstrated improvements in athletes' performance across all areas while also reducing the risk of injuries throughout the season.

 

There will be 27 sessions total, beginning Wednesday, May 28th and end the program Wednesday, July 30th.  The cost of the Summer Training is $335 . (Discounts for multi-athlete families also).  The first two classes and last two classes will be held for testing.  All other sessions will consist of full workouts.  Sessions last 2 hours.  Test results will be available for the athletes, coaches and parents.  Training is available twice a day, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, 7:30am & 11am with the athlete’s preference of which session they would like to attend that day.

 

BOYS GOING INTO 8TH GRADE AND OLDER-

     During this training, the boys will focus on speed, agility, conditioning and plyometrics. Additionally, a supervised weight training session take place in the weight room, ensuring proper guidance and assistance from our on-site trainers. Our programs have consistently demonstrated improvements in athletes' performance across all areas while also reducing the risk of injuries throughout the season.

CO-ED KIDS GOING INTO 4TH-7TH GRADE-

    Join our sessions designed for athletes to enhance their movement fundamentals, master bodyweight exercises, and improve overall fitness. These engaging workouts focus on building strength, agility, and endurance, helping you reach your peak potential.


There will be 18 sessions total, beginning May 29th and ending July 29th. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 11am  to 12pm.   The cost of the Summer Training is $180. Sessions are 1 hour in length.
