Summer Strength & Conditioning Programs

 

The dates for the 9th Annual Summer Strength & Conditioning program, that's produced Champions, State Champions, and numerous College Athletes, have been announced!

 

We are also excited to utilize our new 6,300 sq ft Field House completed last fall which will help streamline our workouts and ensure we get maximum results out of our athletes.

 

We have FOUR different group sessions:

 

GIRLS GOING INTO 8TH GRADE AND OLDER-
During this training the girls will work on speed, agility, conditioning and plyos.  In addition, there will be a weight training session that will be conducted in the weight room under training supervision & assistance with two trainers on staff.  Our programs have proven to increase our athletes’ abilities across all measured aspects, as well as decrease injuries throughout the season.

 

There will be 29 sessions total, beginning Wednesday, May 29th and end the program Friday, August 2nd.  The cost of the Summer Training is $335 . (Discounts for multi-athlete families also).  The first two classes and last two classes will be held for testing.  All other sessions will consist of full workouts.  Sessions last 2 hours.  Test results will be available for the athletes, coaches and parents.  Training is available twice a day, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, 7:30am & 11am with the athlete’s preference of which session they would like to attend.

 

BOYS GOING INTO 8TH GRADE AND OLDER-

During this training the boys will work on speed, agility, conditioning and plyos.  In addition, there will be a weight training session that will be conducted in the weight room under training supervision & assistance with twotrainers on staff. 

 

There will be 30 sessions total, beginning Tuesday, May 28th and ending Friday, August 2nd.  The cost of the Summer Training is $335. (Discounts for multi-athlete families also.) The first two classes and last class will be held for testing.  All other sessions will consist of full workouts.  Sessions last 2 hours.  Test results will be available for the athletes, coaches and parents.  Training is held Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 am to 1 pm.   

 

CO-ED KIDS GOING INTO 4TH-7TH GRADE-

During these sessions, athletes will work on fundamentals of movement, body weight exercises and overall fitness.
There will be 20 sessions total, beginning Tuesday, May 28th and ending Thursday, August 1st. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am  to 11am.   The cost of the Summer Training is $175. Sessions are 1 hour in length.

 

 

Summer cheer strength training-

During these training sessions the group will work on speed, conditioning, plyos, and a progression of body weight exercises into more weight bearing lifts. We will also focus on preventative exercises to help strengthen joints and promote flexibility. 

There will be 20 sessions total, beginning Tuesday, May 28th and ending Thursday, August 1st. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am  to 9:30am.  The Cost of the Summer Program is $220.
